Meet Claire
I got here honestly…
My journey to this work was not a straight path. It was shaped in both joy and pain. I’ve known grief in many forms:
Relational loss — through natural deaths, suicide, and addictions
Marital separation — being married while living apart
Sudden life changes and transitions — unexpected moves, the loss of beloved pets, career shifts, launching a young adult into the world, natural disasters
Reproductive grief — abortion choice recovery, infertility, and miscarriage
Health challenges — Mild Traumatic Brain Injury, Fibromyalgia recovery, freak accidents, and menopause
Love and betrayal — holding deep love while enduring shattering heartbreak
Spiritual and personal questioning — wrestling with God and myself
I know what it is to sit in the darkness of suffering and wonder if my light would ever return. I understand despair, anger, sadness, and the confusion of a body that hurts in ways that defy explanation. I believe — deeply — in the quiet stillness where wholeness and joy can be found again: heart, body, soul, and spirit. God’s faithfulness and the right support make healing possible.
I hold a conviction that true health is holistic — whole and complete with God, self, and others. We are not merely physical beings or purely spiritual ones; we are gloriously integrated. When one part of us suffers, our whole person feels it. When healing comes, it touches every dimension of who we are and those we encounter.
I am a Certified Grief Recovery Specialist through Grief Recovery Institute, a Certified Professional Life Coach from the Christian Coach Institute, an ICF Accredited school, a Certified Human Flourishing Coach, and a candidate for Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach (completion March 2027). I also hold a Master of Science in Kinesiology with an Exercise Science concentration. For over 25 years, I’ve worked in the health and wellness field, including owning two businesses.
All of these experiences, beliefs, and paths emerged from my own story and led to my calling: to walk alongside others.
My approach is trauma‑ and faith‑informed, honest and forthright — never formulaic. I gently integrate hope and meaning for those who desire it, while fully welcoming all backgrounds and beliefs. I meet you exactly where you are, with compassion, professional training, and an unwavering personal belief that God’s design for your life includes flourishing, abundance, and wholeness.
I would be honored to partner with you on your journey.
